Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- A return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Personalized or customized gift packs are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will replace the item or issue a refund, based on your preference and stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. However, you may return an item and place a new order for a replacement.
